Exploring the Experience of a Psychodrama Expert to Propose a Psychodrama Supervision Education Model

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to explore what is the method of supervision that reflects the uniqueness of psychodrama by experts in the experiential group therapy form called 'psychodrama' and to present basic data to propose a supervision model that is differentiated from other psychotherapy areas. The data collected through in-depth interviews with five psychodrama experts were analyzed based on Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Based on the experiences, regrets, expectations, and opinions of the research subjects, 115 units of meaning were found, and 16 themes were composed based on them, and they were categorized into 5 theme groups: ¡®Psychodrama supervision, more difficult beginning, supervision environment that affects the purpose of supervision, group dynamics that affect the supervision effect, supervision that contains psychodrama philosophy, and supervision that is unique to differentiated psychodrama¡¯.
